She had already obtained vast business knowledge while working at Sears Holdings. She quickly attained the general manager position for three different Sears stores, exceeding 20+ million in sales in each store. She took this knowledge and ran with it to become a top agent at Exit Realty in Montclair, NJ, where she earned several awards, including the coveted Circle of Excellence.
She quickly became the go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice, successfully guiding international investors by managing their 20+ million-dollar portfolios. Rachele specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge to developers building 100+ units that consistently exceed the investment goals of her clients. In just three years, Rachele has grown a realty group of 27 expert agents of vast experience and professions, serving all facets of the real estate field, including residential, multifamily, REOs, commercial, apartment buildings, lots, property management, and rentals.
Rachele is just getting started, as current planning is underway for a second HomeQuest office to serve further the needs of New Jersey real estate buyers, sellers, and investors. Rachele is active in local and international nonprofit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity. In addition, she is a Culinary Chair Committee Member at Lamp for Haiti. This nonprofit, nonsectarian, apolitical organization is close to her heart. Dedicated to providing health care and humanitarian aid to improve the lives of some of the most marginalized people in Haiti, among the poorest in the Western Hemisphere, is the goal of this group.
